Great house and location for a family gathering. We were there to celebrate our soldier. Convenient to Fort Liberty but also a quiet secluded spot with beautiful views and outdoor space. I was concerned that access to this gated community would be difficult with a variety of guests coming to visit throughout our stay but Nichole was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nichole is one of the best hosts I've stayed with. We were the first guests at her newest listing and everything we asked was promptly responded to and suggested supplies were delivered the same day. ... The home was a perfect spot for family to enjoy over the week of Thanksgiving: waterfront in Carolina Lakes, floor to ceiling windows to watch the ducks and swans, and the beautiful sunsets were simply amazing. ... I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

This place is a GEM!! Super close to the adorable Bryson City shops, restaurants, train depot, etc. Playground and sports fields/courts are also close as well as hiking and tubing. It was SO CLEAN and the memory foam beds were ultra comfortable. ... Nichole and her team were full of helpful recommendations and offered proactive check-ins throughout our stay. They have thought of nearly every detail to make guests feel cared for and right at home.

The treehouse was amazing! We stayed here on New Year's Eve and we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. It was quiet, peaceful, well stocked with snacks and coffee and kitchen supplies. And the hangout areas were awesome - we built a fire and enjoyed the webbed platform for laying out. Inside, the place was spotless, super secure, comfy, and the bathroom was like a spa! Would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The host was very friendly and the home felt like home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The host supplied us with everything we needed and more! I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you so much Nichole you are awesome 😄
